Customers can return medicine/goods for the reasons stated below only:
- Wrong medicine provided.
- Medicine/goods are expired or have no expiration date.
- Security seal of the package is broken.
- Product is damaged.

Once an order has been shipped, egrouppharm.com will not entertain any returns or refund request.
